“Had a great meal at Pho Bat Da Vung Tau. They serve their pho in a very hot rock bowl. You can add the meat, noodles, vegetables, and even an egg as you’d like. I really liked the concept. I placed the rare beef (tai) in the broth for just a minute or less and had nice soft meat. Quality seemed very good. The noodles were thicker and chewier than common pho noodles as well. Cool place definitely worth checking out.”
