Order

After ordering, our waiter will bring to your table two dishes:

_ A dish of phở noodles, fresh slices of raw meat, sliced spring onions and onions

_ A dish of green condiments such as bean sprouts, fresh chilli slices and lime wedges, and herbs.

Meanwhile, the chef will start heating up a stone bowl with our unique broth.

As the broth boils, our waiter will carry the stone bowl on a wooden tray to your table.

Dip the meat

As the broth is boiling, quickly dip the raw meat into the broth until it is done to your preference, then take them out.

This will ensure the meat is done just right to ensure the tender of the meat. Overcooking will make them chewy and dry, affecting your dining experience.

Add phở noodles and egg(s) to taste

Next, add the phở noodles along with fresh condiments to your preference. The remaining heat of the broth will warm them up.

If you fancy some extra eggs, prioritise them over the phở noodles and greens so the broth is hot enough to cook the eggs.

Add back the meat

Now that the broth has cooled down enough to eat, add the meat back in and top the bowl with your favourite ratio of hoisin sauce and chilli sauce.
